"Mail merge worked without a lot of hassle"
I used Ablebits for a mail merge in Excel, it saved me a bunch of time. I didn’t want to spend all afternoon messing with setup or fixing weird formatting, so I was glad it was straightforward. The emails came out correctly with the names and details filled in. I did have to double-check a few things before sending, which was a little annoying, but overall it did what I needed and worked well.

"I was kind of expecting to have..."
I was kind of expecting to have to poke around a bit, but the menus are straightforward. Everything was where I’d expect it to be, so there wasn’t much guessing involved.

"Reliable and worth it for what I need"
I mostly use Ablebits in Excel, it’s been solid for me. To be fair, I’ve thrown some large files at it and haven’t had any crashes or strange errors so far. It saves me a lot of time, so I really can’t complain. Overall, I’m happy with it.

"Pretty good for merging, with just a couple hiccups"
I used Ablebits to merge a few messy Excel tables, it did a really decent job. Like, most of the matches came through correctly, which was a big relief because I had names and IDs kind of scattered across different sheets, and I really didn’t want to check all of that by hand.
It did miss a couple of rows where the formatting was, you know, a little weird, so I still had to go back and review things. But overall, yeah, the accuracy was solid, it saved me a bunch of time, and I’d probably use it again

"Worth the price, honestly"
Ablebits felt fairly priced to me. It’s not exactly cheap, but for what it does, I think it earns the cost. I’ll blame myself for expecting some sneaky add-on fees, because there weren’t any weird extra charges, which I really appreciated...

"Kinda saved me hours cleaning up Excel sheets"
I’ve been using Ablebits mostly to clean up messy Excel lists I get from clients, and it’s been a big time-saver. The remove duplicates and trim spaces tools are the ones I use the most.
It catches stuff I’d usually miss, like random extra spaces, names in different cases, and duplicate email addresses hiding in the sheet. I also like that it shows me what’s going to change before I actually apply anything, which makes it feel kinda safer to use.
It’s not the flashiest thing to talk about, but it just works. If you deal with Excel cleanup a lot, it’s definitely worth having around...
"Pretty solid for big Excel files"
I’ve been using Ablebits at work on some huge spreadsheets, it’s worked better than I expected. I mostly use it for merging data and finding duplicates, which I’m sure I could do manually if I really had to, but it would take forever. Excel still gets a little sluggish sometimes, so I’m not sure if that’s the add-in or just the size of the files, but overall it handles the job really well. It’s definitely saved me a bunch of boring, repetitive hours.

"Pretty easy to get the hang of"
It was easy to use and didn’t take me long to figure out at all. Weirdly, I remember I had a half-finished cup of coffee sitting next to me the whole time and never even got frustrated enough to reach for it.
"The formula and text tools saved me a lot of time"
I’ve found the formula and text tools really useful. They make it much easier to clean up messy text and work through formulas without wasting a bunch of time. Simple, handy, and definitely worth using.

"Got it fixed without any hassle"
I had an issue with the add-in, and support got back to me quick. They fixed it properly too, without a bunch of back and forth or making it complicated. really appreciated how easy it was.
"Bug got fixed faster than I thought"
I ran into a small bug with ablebits and sent it over to their support team. They got back to me quickly, and the fix came not too long after... quicker than I expected. No back-and-forth runaround or anything, they just handled it. Really happy with the support.
"Huge time saver in Excel"
I mostly use Ablebits.com for cleaning up spreadsheets and merging things in Excel. Super helpful. Especially when I’ve got long lists to compare or duplicates to remove. I used to do all of that manually, which got old fast. And annoying. This makes it way quicker, and it wasn’t hard to figure out. Definitely worth it for me...

"The trial was definitely a bit limited..."
The trial was definitely a bit limited, like not being able to fully test every feature, try it on all the stuff I wanted, or really see how it would hold up in everyday use. But for what it did let me try, it was fine. I got enough of a feel for it, like the layout, the basic tools, the speed, and the overall experience. So yeah, the trial could be more generous, but I still liked it overall

"I mostly use Ablebits for cleaning up..."
I mostly use Ablebits for cleaning up lists and merging sheets, and for me it’s been a huge time-saver. A lot of the repetitive copy-and-paste stuff I used to do in Excel is basically gone now. It did take me a little while to figure out where everything was, but once I got used to it, I started using it almost every day.

"Easy cancellation and a quick refund"
I had to cancel my order and expected it to be a bit of a hassle, but it was super simple. The cancellation went through right away, and my refund showed up faster than I expected. I really appreciated how clear the process was and that I didn’t have to chase anyone for updates.
